Curb Appeal
Curb appeal is your first chance to create a positive impact on buyers from a street perspective. The pluses and minuses that jump out at buyers form their initial perception of your house and how you upkeep home's regular maintenance. Understanding this assists us in deciding what we can do to invite buyers from the street and into your home. If your house isn't the best it can look on the outside with touched up paint and colorful greenery we'll need to address those issues. Refer to the Curb Appeal Checklist and increase your home's final selling price.

Make yourself at home...
Could a buyer see themselves lounging in your living room, relaxing in your spa tub or getting work done in your home office? We want your house to pleasantly accept buyers and offer them a sense of contentment. We'll help you do this by recommending small improvements that highlight the features of your property. We'll advise you take away things that give the appearance of clutter. Tabletops should be neatly arranged. Knickknacks, souvenirs, family photos, and refrigerator drawings should get moved out of sight. You need to remove the personal details from the home so buyers can envision it as their new house.
We'll review each room of your home. We'll point out the pieces of furniture that should be put in storage, rooms that need a fresh coat of paint, rugs needing to be changed, fixtures that could use shining, and any other improvement that can quickly be made to positively impact the sale.
With us by your side, you'll know that your home has mass appeal and that it's welcoming, steering clear of "loud" or "too-bright" colors on the walls and furniture. And if you've already moved out, you can try borrowing furnishings. The goal is for your house to look ready to live in as opposed to empty.

Setting the Stage During your Open House, we're doing well if we're engaging the buyer's senses. Brightening up each room is of major importance, so we'll do things like part the curtains and reduce shadows where needed to invite the buyer inside. Together we'll enhance the air of the house with enjoyable music to listen to while guests tour your home and assure a pleasant scent flows throughout your house. We'll make use of cozy-looking blankets, and pillows on your sofa and bed. We want buyers to feel like your current home has the potential to be. |
